Unlimited refinements are included within the approved creative direction. A new concept, changed direction, additional product or expanded deliverable is new scope. Any effect on the price and schedule is agreed before the extra work begins.

Modeling is normally quoted separately when a new product model is required. Simple models start at $100 and complex models start at $300. We review the geometry, materials and available references before confirming the cost. Your proposal states whether modeling is included or separate.

Your proposal lists the final image or video formats, dimensions and deliverables. Layered PSD files can be included when agreed. Working 3D models, scenes and production files are not included in standard delivery.

Our standard service covers visual creative. Listing copywriting, SEO, PPC management and marketplace account operations are not included. We can work with the visual brief supplied by your marketing or e-commerce team.

We use AI selectively where it supports the creative brief, alongside 3D, Photoshop and human direction. Product references guide the work, and we review the final visuals for product details and consistency. Tell us about any AI-use restrictions before the project is scoped.

Yes, subject to the requirements of the new work. An existing digital product setup can support additional angles, environments, variants or animations. Follow-on work is scoped separately, and editable 3D source files are not part of standard delivery.

Yes. Ongoing work is scoped around the products, assets, channels and production schedule you need. The monthly fee and included work are agreed separately from a one-off project.
