Who we are

AmplifySSV is the trading name of AMPLIFY SSV LLC, established in Wyoming, United States, with its registered business address at 30 N Gould St, Suite R, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States. This operator is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Contact us at abdenour@amplifyssv.com.

Information you provide

When you inquire about a project, we receive your name, email address, messages and any product links, budget, deadline or telephone number you choose to provide. If we work together, we also handle project correspondence, supplied files, billing details and payment records. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information or information that is unnecessary for your project. We need enough contact and project information to respond meaningfully. Optional form fields may be left blank. A project may require additional information to prepare an agreement, issue an invoice or perform the work.

Information collected through the website

The systems delivering and protecting the website may process technical information such as your IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps and security events. Our Cookie Policy identifies the storage technologies actually used, their providers, purposes and duration. Optional measurement or advertising tools are used only under the choices described there.

Business outreach

We may contact relevant business representatives about our product visualization services using professional contact information, company details and information about their business role or products. Our lead sources include public business directories, professional networking platforms, and corporate websites. We record the source and use the information to assess relevance, contact the business and manage responses.

Why we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, scope and deliver projects, communicate about work, maintain business records, protect our systems and handle requests or disputes. We also use relevant business contact information for the outreach described above where permitted.
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, our bases are taking steps at your request before a contract and performing a contract with you; legitimate interests in communicating with business representatives, operating and protecting our business, and making relevant business introductions where permitted; compliance with applicable accounting and other legal duties; and consent where required for optional tracking or marketing. When relying on legitimate interests, we consider the effect on the people concerned. You may withdraw consent without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

Who can receive information

Access is limited to people and providers who need information for the relevant work. This can include the studio’s inquiry and sales staff, authorized production collaborators, website hosting, cloud file storage, business email, invoicing, and payment processing tools. We may disclose information where legally required or necessary to establish or protect legal rights. Confidential project information is shared only as needed for the agreed work. Any use of external AI services with project material must follow the confidentiality and tool restrictions agreed for the project.

International handling

Our business operates primarily in the United States and utilizes global operational support and third-party cloud infrastructure. Where applicable law restricts international transfers, we rely on standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions, or necessity for contract performance to protect your data. You can request information about relevant safeguards at abdenour@amplifyssv.com.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and outreach records while they remain relevant to the conversation or a reasonable follow-up, and review them for deletion when they are no longer needed. Client and billing records are retained for the project, applicable recordkeeping duties and the period needed to address contractual claims. Project files are retained according to the project agreement and operational storage needs; long-term file storage is not promised unless agreed.
We keep a minimal record of marketing objections while needed to prevent renewed contact. Records subject to a legal obligation or active dispute may be retained for that purpose. Backup copies are removed through the applicable backup replacement cycle rather than immediately from every backup.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, restrict processing, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Send requests to abdenour@amplifyssv.com. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity and will respond within the applicable legal period. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or claims.

Complaints

Please contact us if you have a concern about how we handle your information. You may also complain to the data protection authority with jurisdiction over your situation. In the United States, concerns about unfair or deceptive business practices can be reported to the Federal Trade Commission. The Wyoming Attorney General Consumer Protection and Antitrust Unit also provides information about its consumer complaint process. These bodies do not act as your private attorney. Where another privacy law applies, you may approach the relevant privacy regulator in that jurisdiction. Contacting us first does not remove any right to approach an authority directly.

Additional disclosures and updates

We update this policy when our practices or relevant requirements change. The date above identifies the current version. Where required, we will provide additional notice of a material change.
