About these terms
AmplifySSV is operated by AMPLIFY SSV LLC, established in Wyoming, United States, with its registered business address at 30 N Gould St, Suite R, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States. Contact: abdenour@amplifyssv.com.
These terms describe use of our website and the basis on which we offer product visualization and related creative services to business customers. A project starts only when its written proposal or agreement is accepted and the agreed start conditions are met. Sending an inquiry does not create an order or reserve production time.
The accepted project agreement sets the deliverables, price, schedule and any special conditions. Specific terms expressly agreed in that agreement take priority over conflicting general terms, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded. We will make the applicable terms and refund policy available before you accept a project.
Scope and production
We provide the creative services and final deliverables identified in the proposal. These may include 3D visualization, retouching, listing imagery, campaign assets and animation. Additional products, new concepts, new creative directions, extra deliverables and changes to an approved brief require an agreed scope change. We confirm any additional price and timing before doing the extra work.
An adaptation changes an approved visual for another agreed size, crop or placement. It does not include a new product or original scene. Modeling is separately quoted unless expressly included. Standard services do not include advertising management, SEO, marketplace account operations or listing copywriting.

Your inputs and approvals
You are responsible for providing accurate product references, dimensions, packaging artwork, brand guidance and other agreed inputs. You must have permission to provide and authorize our use of any supplied material.
You are responsible for confirming product facts, claims, required disclosures, spelling and brand details during review. We are responsible for delivering the agreed creative scope. Please identify platform, regulated-product, confidentiality and AI-use restrictions before we finalize the proposal.
Fees and payment
Prices are in USD unless the proposal states otherwise. The proposal or invoice identifies applicable taxes and any agreed additional charges before you accept the work.
- Projects of $1,500 or less require full payment upfront.
- Projects above $1,500 and up to $5,000 require 50% upfront and 50% before final high-resolution delivery.
- Projects above $5,000 require 40% upfront, 30% at the agreed milestone and 30% before final delivery.
- Ongoing monthly work is paid in advance for the agreed service period.
Timing and communication
The schedule is confirmed for the agreed scope and available inputs. Delayed inputs, feedback, payments or approved changes can affect delivery dates. We will discuss material changes to the schedule. A requested launch date is binding only when expressly accepted in the project agreement.
If required information or payment is missing, we may pause the affected work after notifying you. Resumption depends on a revised schedule agreed with you. A pause does not automatically cancel the project or forfeit an unused payment.
Refinements and acceptance
Unlimited refinements are included within the approved creative direction and agreed deliverables during the project review process. A new concept, new product or expanded brief is additional scope. Please provide clear, consolidated feedback so we can make the requested refinements.
We seek written approval of the final work. Silence alone is not final acceptance. Additional work requested after final acceptance is separately scoped, except for correction of an error or nonconformity for which we remain responsible under the agreement or applicable law.
Delivery and use of work
The proposal lists the final file formats, dimensions and delivery method. Layered PSD files are included only when agreed. Working 3D models, scenes, drafts, unused concepts, tools and other production files are not included in standard delivery.
After full payment for the relevant deliverables, we grant you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive right to use and adapt the final approved outputs for your brand’s commercial marketing and product presentation, subject to any disclosed third-party license restrictions. A copyright assignment, exclusive license, resale right or transfer of editable production files requires an express written agreement. Rights in your supplied brand and product materials remain with their respective owners.
We do not promise exclusive ownership of third-party or AI-generated elements. Any material restrictions relevant to your proposed use will be discussed before delivery. Our retention of working files does not promise indefinite storage or future availability; any required archive period should be agreed in the proposal.
Confidentiality and portfolio display
Each party will use the other’s nonpublic project information only for the project and protect it from unauthorized disclosure, subject to lawful disclosure requirements. Access may be given to authorized collaborators or providers who need it for the work under appropriate confidentiality arrangements.
We will obtain written permission before publicly displaying your commissioned work, identifying your business as a client or sharing a testimonial. You may tell us about launch embargoes and other publication restrictions before production.
Cancellation and concerns
Our Refunds and Cancellations policy explains how cancellation requests, work already performed and unused payments are handled. Contact abdenour@amplifyssv.com with any issue. If a deliverable does not meet the agreed brief, we will review the issue and have a reasonable opportunity to correct it. This does not remove any remedy available under the agreement or applicable law.
Outcomes and responsibility
Creative work supports product presentation. We do not guarantee sales, advertising returns, search rankings or marketplace approval. Each party remains responsible for its obligations under the agreement and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Website use
You may browse the site and share links to it. Website and portfolio materials belong to AmplifySSV or their respective rights holders. Viewing the site does not grant permission to reproduce portfolio images as your own marketing assets. Do not misuse the forms, introduce malicious material or interfere with the site’s operation. External websites have their own terms and privacy practices.
Applicable law and changes
Unless an accepted project agreement states otherwise, these terms and that project are governed by Wyoming law and applicable United States federal law, subject to mandatory protections that apply to the parties. Any claim must be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction. Mandatory rights remain unaffected. These general terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive statutory remedies.
We may update these terms for future projects. An update does not retroactively change an accepted project unless both parties agree or the change is required by law. The accepted agreement and the version incorporated into it govern that project.
