Refunds and Cancellations

Last updated: 2026/09/08

Our approach

AmplifySSV provides custom creative services. If you need to cancel or raise a concern, contact abdenour@amplifyssv.com with your name, project reference and a short explanation. We review the work completed, approved third-party commitments and payments made. An upfront payment is not automatically non-refundable.

Cancellation before work begins

If you cancel before production or other chargeable project work has begun, we refund your payment except for a third-party expense that you expressly approved as non-cancellable and that we have already incurred. We will explain and document any deduction. We do not add an undisclosed administrative or cancellation fee.

Cancellation after work begins

If you cancel after work begins, the amount payable covers work actually performed under the accepted scope and approved, unavoidable third-party costs. We use the milestone allocation or valuation method agreed in your proposal and provide an itemized explanation. A stage that is only partly completed is assessed proportionately under that method. We do not charge twice for costs already included in a milestone fee. If your payments exceed that amount, we refund the difference. If they are lower, we explain any balance due under the accepted agreement. We do not automatically charge for future work that will no longer be performed. Any rights to completed or partially completed materials must be settled in writing with the cancellation calculation.

If we cannot complete the project

If AmplifySSV cancels or cannot complete the agreed work, we notify you and refund the part of your payment attributable to undelivered work. We agree how to handle any usable completed work and related rights. This does not limit any additional remedy you may have under the agreement or applicable law.

Refinements and work that does not match the brief

Unlimited refinements remain available within the approved creative direction during project review. A change of concept or expanded brief is new scope. If you believe a deliverable does not meet the accepted scope, identify the issue so we can review and correct it within a reasonable agreed period. If we cannot resolve a material failure to deliver the agreed work, we discuss an appropriate refund or other remedy, taking account of the affected deliverables and applicable rights. Final approval does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Pauses and ongoing monthly work

A pause changes the schedule by agreement; it does not automatically convert your payment into a forfeited fee. The proposal for ongoing work must state the service period, included work, renewal method and cancellation notice before you subscribe. There is no automatic renewal unless you expressly agree to it. Work and unused payments in a cancelled service period are accounted for using the same agreed valuation principles above, unless a specific lawful arrangement was expressly accepted.

How refunds are processed

After confirming the refund calculation, we aim to initiate the refund within 10 business days using the original payment method where available. Your payment provider may take additional time to show the credit. If the original method cannot receive the refund, we agree an appropriate alternative with you. A shorter legally required deadline takes priority.

Mandatory rights

Our services are intended for business projects. If you purchase as a consumer and mandatory cancellation, withdrawal or service-quality rights apply, those rights take priority over this policy. We do not assume that a service becomes exempt from cancellation rights simply because it is customized. Any required request to begin work during a withdrawal period and related acknowledgment will be handled separately before work starts.
